December 2021We rented the villa in potters bar for my 30th birthday weekend with a few friends, and had an absolute blast. Not only is the villa incredible, the customer service was second to none. October 2021Amazing studio, cannot recommend it enough! Sam and Clay helped us in everyway and more. The studio was clean, spacious and professional. They came to check in constantly to see if we needed any help. Sam brought various colour options for the backdrop, they offered us the styling room to help us out, they helped us clean up and made the busy day as stress-free as possible. I will definitely be using this beautiful place again!

October 2021Dealing with Uniq Studios has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever come across. After cancelling a booking and agreeing for the cancellation fee to be deducted from our £450 deposit, it has taken me ringing the studio every day since September 21st (it is now October 25th) only to be told I would be called back and never was. This was followed up with multiple emails during the week which were never responded to. A month later, we were then refunded the wrong amount (far less than we had been promised) and when I raised this with the director, to date I have received no response. We will definitely not be working with Uniq Studios in the future. Their customer service has frankly been unhelpful at best and completely disrespectful.
